The latest cancellation dates are as follows:
Three days before arrival for any weekend except holiday periods.
Five days before arrival if your stay includes dates during a Holiday
period.
Seven days if your reservation is for a week during the summer season.
Cancellations may be made with no notice during the week of non holiday
periods.
If you cancel after the latest cancellation dates as described, you agree to be responsible to pay for up to the quantity of days of the cancellation period.
If you cancel before the latest cancellation dates, your deposit, if made, can be applied to a future stay or refunded at your choice.
